Research has determined that youth who are prepared for adulthood are comfortable demonstrating fundamental life skills such as communication, cultural competence, conflict resolution, and the ability to cope.
Imagine Me is a five-week workshop series designed for youth between ages 15-18 in foster care, who are in need of learning, enhancing, or supporting life skills to effectively transition into adulthood after foster care.
Each workshop is designed to help each youth tap into their hidden potential and discover the gifts, talents, and abilities they have yet to realize, and to acknowledge that their dreams, desires and purposes are still alive and possible. We will give them the tools and resources they need to imagine themselves beyond their current struggles and fears so they can become equipped to live out the greatest version of themselves.
Imagine Me is a FREE series. In addition to amazing facilitators, giveaways, and an unforgettable experience for each participant, breakfast and lunch will be provided each week.
